摘　　要：我国台湾地区的乡土文化既深受传统中华文化的影响,也具有南岛语族的某些文化要素。近年来,台湾地区民进党当局为推进其“脱中”的政治目标,积极利用台湾地区“原住民”所具有的南岛语族特征和文化符号,构建“台湾地区主体性”。本文通过政策文本定量分析和文化项目调研,研究了民进党当局自2016年以来利用“原住民”族群文化政策塑造“台湾地区主体性”的三种机制:构建“原民史观”、强化“原住民”的土地权益和语言传承、利用南岛文化关系网络开拓地缘政治“外交”空间。这些干预性政策机制的发现与分析,有助于深入理解台湾地区当局利用“原住民”议题切割两岸历史进行“中华民国台湾地区化”和“渐进式台独”的手段,也有助于我们在中华民族共同体的框架下解构“台湾地区主体性”、树立两岸同宗同脉的历史观。The vernacular culture of Taiwan region is deeply influenced by certain cultural elements of the Austronesian family as well as the traditional Chinese culture. In recent years, the Taiwan region DPP(Democratic Progressive Party) authority, in order to advance its political goal of “disengaging from Chinese Mainland”,has unceasingly used the Austronesian characteristics and cultural symbols of Taiwan’s region “indigenous people” to establish “Taiwan region subjectivity”. Through quantitative analysis of policy texts and research on culture projects,this paper examines the three mechanisms made by the DPP authority to establish “Taiwan region subjectivity” by using the ethnic culture policies regarding “indigenous people” since 2016: the establishment of “indigenous people’s historical perspective”, the reinforcement of the land rights and language transmission of the “indigenous people” and the extension of geopolitics-based “diplomatic” space according to the Austronesian culture network. The discovery and analysis of these interventional policy mechanisms can help us understand how the Taiwan region authority make use of the subject of “indigenous people” to sever the history of the crossStrait relations and thus carry out the Taiwanization of “the Republic of China” and “progressive Taiwan region independence”. It also helps us to deconstruct “Taiwan region subjectivity” within the Chinese national identity framework and thus to establish a historical perspective that both sides of the Taiwan region Strait share the same ancestry.
