摘　　要：通过查阅文献,对经典名方槐花散的用法用量、工艺演变、化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进行综合性论述,发现槐花散的用法用量和工艺随着朝代不断变化,主要含有黄酮类成分、挥发油、皂苷类成分等,具有抗炎、止血、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等药理作用,临床上多用于治疗肠道疾病,对过敏性紫癜也有一定治疗作用。In this review,we comprehensively discuss the usage dosage,process evolution,chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Huaihua San by reviewing the literature.It was found that the usage and dosage and process of Huaihua San changed with the dynasties.It mainly contains flavonoids,volatile oil,saponins and so on.It has anti-inflammatory,hemostatic,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and other pharmacological effects.It is mostly used in the treatment of intestinal diseases and has certain therapeutic effect on allergic purpura.
