基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨儿童鼾症的证治

摘　　要：儿童鼾症的病机属于本虚标实,以肺脾肾气虚为本、痰瘀互结为标。过度肥大的扁桃体、腺样体病理性质属于“痰”“瘀”,归属“阴成形”的慢病范畴。儿童鼾症具有“肺、脾、肾常不足”,阳化气不足、阴成形太过,且易受寒邪诱发的病机特点。治疗需扶阳气以化阴寒,运用苓桂术甘汤合消瘰丸内服配合扁桃体烙治法,以扶阳调阴,消除阴翳,祛邪而不伤正,标本兼治。The pathogenesis of snoring in children is based on the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,and phlegm and blood stasis.The pathological nature of hypertrophic tonsils and adenoids belongs to"phlegm"and"blood stasis",belonging to the chronic disease category of"Yin formation".Children's snoring has the characteristics that"lung,spleen and kidney are often insufficient",insufficient Yang to change Qi,excessive Yin formation.And it is easy to be induced by cold evil.The treatment needs to support the Yang Qi to dissipate the Yin and cold.Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)and Xiaoluo Pill(消瘰丸)for oral administration together with tonsil cauterization can be used to support the Yang and regulate the Yin,eliminate the cloudy,remove the evil without hurting the right,and treat both manifestation and root cause of disease.
