《针灸大成》治疗神志病特色分析

摘　　要：分析总结《针灸大成》治疗神志病的特点及方法,为临床提高疗效提供思路。《针灸大成》认为神志病与七情内伤、痰邪密切相关,在治疗中要充分调动医患双方的积极性,做到“定神”“正色”。治疗方法上,针刺疗法选穴呈多样性,基于脏腑经脉功能选取督脉、手少阴心经、手厥阴心包经腧穴,根据特定穴主治特点选取五输穴、络穴、交会穴等,配穴方法包括原络相配、多种特定穴联合使用、经验配穴。艾灸法多以灸四肢腧穴为主,或与针刺联合使用。基于“九气”“十少”“十多”情志致病理论,杨继洲根据五行相胜理论采用以情治情的方法,并重视个体因素对疾病及治疗的影响。The authour analyzed and summarized the characteristics and methods of Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the treatment of mental disorder,so as to provide ideas for improving clinical efficacy.According to Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,psychosis is is closely related to the internal injury of seven emotions and phlegm.In the treatment,the enthusiasm of both doctors and patients should be fully mobilized to achieve"calm"and"positive".In terms of treatment methods,acupuncture therapy has a variety of acupoints.Based on the functions of visceral channels,the acupoints of Du,Shoushaoyin Heart and Shoujueyin Pericardium are selected.According to the characteristics of specific acupoints,the five Shu points,collateral points and Jiaohui points are selected.The acupoint matching methods include the matching of the original meridians,the combination of multiple specific acupoints and the experience of acupoint matching.Moxibustion is mainly used for moxibustion on acupoints of limbs or in combination with acupuncture.Based on the theory of"nine Qi","ten less"and"ten excess"emotional pathogenesis,YANG Jizhou adopted the method of treating emotion with emotion according to the theory of five elements,and paid attention to the influence of individual factors on disease and treatment.
