摘 要:为了满足生物样本储存用大容量-86℃低温冰箱冷量要求,研制了一台大冷量自由活塞式斯特林制冷机。介绍了斯特林制冷机的结构特点,探究了不同频率、冷端温度下斯特林制冷机的工作特性;系统分析了运行频率及冷端温度的改变对其性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,斯特林制冷机在输入功率300 W工况下,制冷机最低温度可达到-152.1℃,当输入功率提升至486 W,在-86℃时可获得120 W制冷量。研制的斯特林制冷机适用于-86℃低温冰箱的制冷需要,其研究结果对国内复叠式低温技术的替代具有一定的参考价值。In order to meet the cooling requirement of large capacity-86℃low temperature freezer for storage of biological samples,a large cooling capacity free piston type Stirling cryocooler was developed.The structural characteristics of the Stirling cryocooler were briefly introduced,the operating characteristics of the Stirling cryocooler at different frequencies and cold end temperatures were explored,and the influence of the change of operating frequency and cold end temperature on its performance was systematically analyzed.The experimental results show that the Stirling cryocooler can reach the lowest temperature of-152.1℃under the working condition of 300 W input electric power,and when the input power is raised to 486 W,120 W cooling capacity can be obtained at-86℃.The developed Stirling cryocooler is suitable for the refrigeration needs of-86℃low temperature freezer,and its research results have some reference value for the replacement of domestic cascade low temperature technology.
