摘 要:为研究真空过滤中的流动特性,本文基于多孔介质理论阐述了真空过滤的两个过程,并通过真空过滤试验和基于FLUENT的仿真模型讨论了不同工况参数对真空过滤效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:真空过滤中的压差脱水过程和空气置换脱水过程,可分别由多孔介质内的液相单相流及气液两相流进行分析;利用FLUENT仿真软件建立的多孔介质单相流和两相流模型能有效地模拟真空过滤过程;真空过滤的脱水速率与真空度、气流量、滤饼的颗粒粒径、滤饼厚度有关;压差脱水过程中,真空度增大2倍时脱水速率增大了约1.6倍,颗粒粒径增大脱水速率先迅速增大后缓慢增大,滤饼厚度增大两倍时脱水速率降低了10%~30%;空气置换脱水过程中,脱水量与气流量、滤饼厚度成正比,颗粒粒径对脱水量影响不明显。本文所建立的仿真模型为真空过滤机理研究提供了新方法,对真空过滤机理的研究具有参考意义。In order to study the flow characteristics in vacuum filtration,the two processes of vacuum filtration were expounded based on porous media theory,and the influence of different working conditions on vacuum filtration effect was discussed through vacuum filtration experiment and simulation model based on Fluent.The results show that the pressure difference dewatering process and air displacement dewatering process in vacuum filtration can be analyzed by liquid-phase single-phase flow and gasliquid two-phase flow in porous media respectively;The single-phase and two-phase flow models of porous media established by Fluent simulation software can effectively simulate the vacuum filtration process;the dewatering rate of vacuum filtration is related to vacuum degree,gas flow,particle size and thickness of filter cake;In the process of differential pressure dewatering,when the degree of vacuum is increased twice,the dewatering rate increases by about 1.6 times;when the particle size increases,the dewatering rate first increases rapidly and then slowly increases;when the thickness of the filter cake increases twice,the dewatering rate decreases by 10%~30%;In the process of air displacement dewatering,the amount of water removed is directly proportional to the air flow and the thickness of filter cake,and the particle size has no obvious effect on the amount of water removed.The simulation model established in this study provides a new method for the study of vacuum filtration mechanism,and has reference significance for the study of vacuum filtration mechanism.
