安神饮对失眠小鼠的药效学研究

摘  要:为探讨安神饮对失眠小鼠的药效学研究,本研究通过对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)诱导建立失眠小鼠模型,观察安神饮对失眠小鼠体重、自主活动、睡眠潜伏期及睡眠时间的影响;HE染色观察失眠小鼠治疗前后下丘脑组织病理改变。结果显示服用安神饮可提高失眠小鼠体重增加率、降低其自主活动、缩短睡眠潜伏期、延长睡眠时间和改善下丘脑组织损伤。从而得知安神饮具有安神催眠等功效,可改善PCPA诱导小鼠失眠症状。To investigate the pharmacodynamics of Anshenyin on insomnia mice, mice model of insomnia was established by insomnia induced by p-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA) in this study, and the effects of Anshenyin on body weight, voluntary activity, sleep latency and sleep time of insomnia rats were observed;HE staining was used to observe the hypothalamus tissue pathological changes of insomnia mice before and after treatment. The results showed that taking Anshenyin treatment could increase the weight gain rate, reduce the autonomic activity, shorten the sleep latency, prolong the sleep time, and improve the damage of hypothalamus in insomnia mice. Therefore, it is known that Anshenyin has the effects of calming the nerves and hypnosis, and can improve the symptoms of insomnia mice induced by PCPA.
