摘　　要：玄参作为大宗常用药材之一,具有清热养阴和软坚散结等功效。现代药理学研究表明,其活性成分主要有环烯醚萜苷、苯丙素、黄酮、多糖、三萜、倍半萜、苯甲醇苷及苯乙醇苷等,具有保护心血管系统、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、降血糖和保肝等作用。本文通过分析归纳近年来与玄参相关的文献及报道,对其化学成分及药理作用进行综述,旨在阐明玄参的药用价值,为其临床合理用药提供参考。Radix Scrophulariae is one of the most commonly used medicinal material, which has the functions of clearing heat and nourishing yin, softening firmness and dispelling knots. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that its active ingredients include iridoid glycosides, phenylpropanoid, flavonoids, polysaccharides, triterpenes, sesquiterpenes benzyl alcohol glycosides and phenylethyl alcohol glycosides, etc., which have the functions of protecting the cardiovascular system, anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic and liver protection. In this paper, by analyzing and summarizing a large number of literatures and related reports about Scrophulariae radix in recent years, its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects are reviewed. The purpose of this study was to clarify the medicinal value of Radix Scrophulariae and to provide references for its clinical rational drug use.
