摘 要:该试验的目的是探究不同后浇带形式、不同表面处理方式对后浇带结合处裂缝的影响。试验中选择多条长度为1 200 mm、宽度为900 mm、厚度为150 mm的后浇带作为试验对象,有平直形和阶梯形2种形式;使用清洗、凿毛清洗、凿毛清洗并涂刷界面剂3种表面处理方式以及普通型、UEA型和自密实型3种混凝土。得到18种组合形式,并探究不同组合下后浇带结合处裂缝情况。试验结果表明,选择阶梯形后浇带,使用掺加了UEA膨胀剂的混凝土,对结合处凿毛清洗并涂刷界面剂,可以使裂缝最小甚至不出现裂缝。将上述结论应用到某工程中,实测裂缝宽度均在0.10 mm以内,对抑制后浇带结合处裂缝效果良好。The purpose of this experiment is to explore the influence of different forms of post-pouring belt and different surface treatment methods on the cracks at the joint of post-pouring zone. In the experiment, several post-pouring belts with the length of 1200 mm, width of 900 mm and thickness of 150 mm were selected as test objects, including two forms of flat and stepped, three kinds of surface treatment methods of cleaning, chiseling cleaning and brushing interface agent, and three kinds of concrete: ordinary type, UEA type and self-compacting type. Eighteen combinations are obtained,and the cracks at the joint of the post-pouring zone under different combinations are explored. The test results show that selecting the stepped post-pouring belt, using the concrete mixed with UEA expansive agent, chiseling and cleaning the joint and brushing the interface agent can make the crack minimum or even no crack. When the above conclusions are applied to a project, the measured crack widths are all less than 0.10 mm, which has a good effect on restraining the cracks at the joint of the post-pouring zone.
