摘  要:桥梁顶升改造工程是近些年城市交通系统更新的重点标志之一,而在桥梁顶升的过程中,人、机、料、法、环等各个方面的原因,导致桥梁的实际空间定位与理论值偏差较大,这就需要在项目开始之前采取一些限位纠偏措施来保证桥梁按着既定的轨迹进行顶升。该文以哈尔滨东三环某桥梁工程为例,介绍该项目在顶升过程中采取的相关限位措施。具体给出桥台、有抱梁柱处桥墩、无抱梁柱处桥墩的限位系统的设计技术参数与简要的安装叙述。另外,为保证各限位装置的安全有效性,还对限位装置的施工进行仿真模拟。仿真结果表明,在施工过程中,桥台限位架的最大应力比δ=0.99,最大挠度uz=11.1 mm;有抱梁柱处桥墩限位架最大应力σ=133 MPa,最大变形u=11.5 mm;无抱梁柱处桥墩限位架最大应力σ=125.0 MPa,最大变形u=13.8 mm。以上结果均满足相关规范要求,保证项目的顺利进行。Bridge jacking reconstruction project is one of the key symbols of urban transportation system renewal in recent years. In the process of bridge jacking, due to human, mechanical, material, legal and environmental reasons, the actual spatial positioning of the bridge is greatly different from the theoretical value. Therefore, it is necessary to take some limiting and correcting measures before the project to ensure that the bridge is jacked according to the established trajectory. Taking a bridge project on the East Third Ring Road of Harbin as an example, this paper introduces the relevant measures for limiting the lifting in the jacking process of the project. The design technical parameters and brief installation description of the limit system for abutment, pier with or without beam columns are given in detail. In addition, in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of each limit device, the construction of the limit device is simulated. The simulation results show that the maximum stress ratio δ=0.99 and maximum deflection uz=11.1 mm of the abutment limit frame during construction. The maximum stress σ=133 MPa and the maximum deformation u=11.5 mm of the pier limit frame with the beam column;The maximum stress σ=125.0 MPa and the maximum deformation u=13.8 mm of the pier limit frame without the beam column. The above results all meet the requirements of relevant specifications and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
