摘  要:目的 探讨超声清洗机联合生物酶清洗剂在管腔器械清洗中的应用效果,以期为相关工作提供参考。方法 选取2019年8月—2021年8月南阳市中心医院消毒供应中心回收的各类使用后管腔器械188件为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为2组,每组均为94件。对照组器械采用普通多酶清洗剂清洗,观察组器械采用超声清洗机联合生物酶清洗剂清洗。比较2组器械清洗效果,比较2组器械所涉及护理人员满意度。结果 观察组器械通过目测法、ATP检测的合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械所涉及护理人员自制的清洗满意度调查表中清洗方式、清洗效率、器械清洗效果、清洗质量、器械损失情况、器械及时供应维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声清洗机联合生物酶清洗剂在管腔器械清洗中的应用效果良好,能够有效去除细菌生物膜,有助于提高器械清洗效果,提升护理人员对器械清洗的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of ultrasonic cleaner combined with biological enzyme cleaner in the cleaning of hollow instruments,so as to provide support for related work.Methods A total of 188 pieces of various used luminal devices recovered from the disinfection supply center of Nanyang Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were divided into 2 groups by random number table,with 94 in each group.The control group was cleaned with a common multi-enzyme cleaner,and the observation group an ultrasonic cleaner combined with the biological enzyme cleaner.The effectiveness of device cleaning was compared between the 2 groups.The satisfaction of nursing staff involved in the devices was compared between the 2 groups.Results The qualified rate of visual inspection and ATP detection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cleaning method,cleaning effectiveness,device cleaning effect,cleaning quality,device loss,and timely supply dimension of devices in the self-made cleaning satisfaction questionnaire of nursing staff involved in the devices in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic cleaner combined with biological enzyme cleaner has good application effectiveness in the cleaning of lumen devices,which can effectively remove bacterial biofilm,improve the cleaning effect of devices and increase the satisfaction of nursing staff with device cleaning.These advantages hold promise for a wider application of this procedure clinically.
