摘 要:为解决某金属矿立井井筒在开凿过程中面临地下涌水问题,对矿区水文地质条件进行研究分析,提出预注浆技术,对围岩进行堵水加固治理。通过对破碎带地层进行分析和有效控制注浆压力、注浆时间,顺利完成工程应用,经过压水试验检测,在掘砌过程中井筒顺利通过基岩含水层,注浆后剩余涌水量为3.37 m^(3)/h。井筒地面预注浆工程设计及施工工艺等创新研究在金属矿山地面预注浆具有重要推广意义。In order to solve the problem of underground water gushing in the process of shaft excavation of a metal mine,the hydrogeological conditions of the mine are studied and analyzed,and the pre-grouting technology is put forward to strengthen the surrounding rock by plugging water.Through the analysis of the stratum in the broken zone and the effective control of the grouting pressure and the grouting time,the engineering application was successfully completed.In the driving process,the shaft smoothly passed though the bedrock aquifer and the remaining water inflow after grouting was 3.37 m^(3)/h.The innovative research on the design of the shaft surface pregrouting project and the construction process is of great significance to popularize the surface pregrouting of metal mine.
