摘 要:为了提高ZXT型大型直线振动筛设计后批量生产的产品可靠性,针对振动筛大型化设计后生产制造因素将对筛箱的运行可靠性产生更高的影响度这一行业难题,进行了影响振动筛筛箱制造质量的制造工艺因素分析研究,从原材料质量控制、热加工变形控制、内应力控制、加工精度控制、组装过程控制等方面提出了工艺改进措施。研究结果表明:优化后的制造工艺能可靠避免振动筛筛箱产生横梁断裂、侧板开裂等早期失效现象,延长了筛箱使用寿命,从而为大型筛箱的生产制造积累了丰富经验。In order to improve the reliability of mass production of ZXT large-scale linear vibrating screen after design,aiming at the industrial problem that the manufacturing factors of vibrating screen after large-scale design will have a higher influence on the operation reliability of screen box,the manufacturing process factors affecting the manufacturing quality of vibrating screen box are analyzed and studied.The process improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of raw material quality control,hot processing deformation control,internal stress control,machining accuracy control and assembly process control.The results show that the optimized manufacturing process can reliably avoid the early failure phenomena such as beam fracture and side plate cracking of the vibrating screen box,and prolong the service life of the screen box,thus accumulating rich experience for the production and manufacture of large screen box.
