摘　　要：为了早日实现智慧矿山“机械化换人,自动化减人,智能化无人”的发展目标,河北省某铁矿通过统一标准的矿井井下千兆工业以太环网络架构,建设1个综合性的自动化生产信息平台。构建有线或无线矿井联络通讯、矿井安全监控监测、矿山井下人员定位和矿用视频监视4个系统;搭建集数据传输、数据处理、语音通讯、视频监视的“四网合一”共用共享网络融合平台;开发井下采矿作业过程信息共享与应急联动功能。矿山应用平台后创收直接经济效益399万元,间接经济效益248万元,提高了矿井的安全生产管理水平,满足了现代化智能矿山建设的需求,加快了该矿实现智慧矿山的进程,具有很高的推广意义和参考价值。In order to realize the development goal of"mechanized replacement of personnel,automatic reduction of personnel,intelligent unmanned"in intelligent mines,an iron mine in Hebei Province adopts the unified standard underground mine gigabit industrial Ethernet ring network framework,and puts forward the idea of building a comprehensive automatic production information platform.Wired or wireless mine communication system,mine safety monitoring system,mine personnel positioning system and mine video monitoring system were constructed.A"four-in-one"sharing and sharing network integration platform that integrates data transmission,data processing,voice communication and video surveillance was built.Underground mining process information sharing and emergency linkage function was developed.After the application of the mine platform,the direct economic benefits of 3.99 million yuan and indirect economic benefits of 2.48 million yu,an are generated.The level of mine safety production management,meets the needs of modern intelligent mine construction was improved,and the process of realizing intelligent mine was expedited,which has high promotion significance and reference value.
