保阴煎中“芍药”文献考证辨析

摘　　要：从“芍药”在保阴煎中的功效(方义)以及张景岳治疗阴虚所用方剂的用药习惯、历代医家对保阴煎的使用情况两方面作为切入点,对《景岳全书》保阴煎中的“芍药”进行文献考证。根据《景岳全书》中治疗阴虚证的方剂有用“白芍”的记载,以及历代医家在使用保阴煎时,多部医书均记载使用的是“白芍”,且主治范围基本承袭景岳之说,多用此方主治阴虚内热动血之证,由此推测保阴煎所用的“芍药”为“白芍”。Literature research and analysis of Paeonia Lactiflora in Baoyin Jian in Jingyue Quanshu was carried out by taking the effect of “Shaoyao” in Baoyin Jian,the medication habits of ZHANG Jingyue in treating yin deficiency,and the use of Baoyin Jian by physicians in past dynasties as the entry points.It is inferred that the Paeonia Lactiflora used in Baoyin Jian is “Paeoniae Radix Alba”,and the reasons are as follows:there are records that “Radix Paeoniae Alba” was used in the prescription for treating yin deficiency syndrome in Jingyue Quanshu(The Complete works of ZHANG Jingyue);many medical books recorded the use of “Paeoniae Radix Alba” by physicians of various dynasties using Baoyin Jian,whose scope of treatment basically inherited Jingyue’s theory,and the prescription was mainly used to treat the syndrome of yin deficiency with internal heat and bleeding.
