麝香保心丸联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香保心丸联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选取老年冠心病患者130例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各65例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予麝香保心丸治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后炎症因子及外周血micro RNA-126表达变化,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为98.46%,高于对照组89.23%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清micro RNA-126表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血清micro RNA-126表达水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组血清micro RNA-126表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病患者能促进外周血micro RNA-126表达,抑制炎症因子生成,从而提高治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with routine western medicine for coronary heart disease in the senile.Methods:A total of 130 cases of senile patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group was additionally treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated.Before and after treatment,the changes in inflammatory factors and expressions of micro RNA-126 in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 98.46% in the study group,higher than that of 89.23% in the control group(P0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in serum in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of micro RNA-126 in serum in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with routine western medicine for coronary heart disease in the senile can promote the expression of micro RNA-126 in peripheral blood and inhibit the generation of inflammatory factors,so as to improve the curative effect.
