清肺利咽方联合常规西药治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺利咽方联合常规西药治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效及对炎症反应、免疫功能的影响。方法:选取80例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清肺利咽方治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组症状体征缓解时间及治疗前后炎症因子水平及免疫功能。结果:观察组临床总有效率(97.50%)优于对照组(82.50%)(P<0.05)。观察组脓性分泌物消失时间、咽痛缓解时间及体温恢复正常时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肺利咽方联合常规西药治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎疗效显著,可促进患儿症状体征缓解,减轻炎症反应,提升机体免疫力。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qingfei Liyan Prescription combined with routine western medicine for suppurative tonsillitis in children,and its effect on inflammatory responses and immune function.Methods:A total of 80 cases of children with suppurative tonsillitis were selected as the study subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingfei Liyan Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated.The inflammatory factors levels and immune function before and after treatment and the symptom relief time in the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group,better than that of 82.50% in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of purulent secretion,the relief time of pharyngeal pain and the time for temperature to return to normal in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in serum in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the CD8^(+)levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Liyan Prescription combined with routine western medicine has a significant curative effect in treating suppurative tonsillitis in children,and can promote the relief of symptoms,reduce inflammatory responses and improve the immunity in the body.
