摘　　要：亚实性肺结节是早期肺腺癌重要征象之一,早期明确诊断对于疾病的治疗极其重要,但亚实性结节进展缓慢;变现复杂,单纯的影像学无法准确对其诊断。CT引导下穿刺活检技术对肺内占位性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值,以微创方式获得病理组织对于亚实性结节诊断有相对重要意义。本文就亚实性结节的研究进展及CT引导下穿刺活检在其的应用展开综述。Solid pulmonary nodules are one of the important signs of early lung adenocarcinoma.Early diagnosis is very important for the treatment of the disease.However,solid pulmonary nodules progress slowly.The realization is complex,simple imaging can not accurately diagnose it.CT-guided puncture biopsy technique is of great significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung space-occupying lesions,and obtaining pathological tissues in a minimally invasive way is relatively significant for the diagnosis of solid nodules.This article reviews the research progress of solid nodules and the application of CT-guided puncture biopsy in them.
