摘  要:玄府是中医藏象理论在微观领域的重要探索,以“通”为顺、以“闭”为逆;脑小血管病多累及小动脉、小静脉及毛细血管,在解剖、发病机制、生理病理方面均与脑玄府密切相关。脑小血管病具有“脑玄府因郁而闭、因虚而滞”的病机特点,在治疗时应借助风药行散、走窜、舒发、宣通之性,给邪以出路,祛邪通络、胜湿祛痰、宣畅气血,同时借其疏散之性,使得补气而不滞气,行气而不耗气,引补药发挥功效。Xuanfu is an important exploration of Zangxiang theory in the microcosmic field of traditional Chinese medicine,with conditions of "connecting" being favorable and "closing" being unfavorable.CSVD mostly involves arterioles,venules,and capillaries,and is closely related to the brain Xuanfu in terms of anatomy,pathogenesis,and physiological pathology.And it also has the pathogenesis characteristics of "brain Xuanfu being closed due to depression and stagnant due to deficiency".During treatment,Wind medicine should be used to dissipate,move,relax,and ventilate,and give the evil pathogens a way out,by exorcising the evil and dredging the collaterals as well as relieving Dampness to resolve Phlegm and promoting the flow of Qi and Blood.At the same time,by virtue of its evacuating propertie to achieve the effect of replenishing Qi without Qi stagnation and promote Qi without consuming it,so as to induce the tonic medicines to exert their effects.
