基于调中复衡理论辨治糖尿病性胃轻瘫

摘　　要：糖尿病性胃轻瘫是以胃动力障碍及胃排空延迟为特征的消化道自主神经病变。脾胃失和、运化失调、气机逆乱为发病之本,湿热、痰浊、瘀血为发病之标。治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫,应基于调中复衡理论,以呕吐、痞满、便秘及腹泻为主症,注重调理脾胃,扶助正气,安养脏腑,斡旋气机,治以健脾益气、温中散寒、和胃降逆、清热化痰、行气导滞、活血化瘀之法。通过匡扶正气,祛除邪实,恢复脾胃功能,以运化水谷精微,化生气血津液,濡养五脏六腑,强健四肢筋骨,保障气机升降有序,达到维持机体动态平衡的目的。Diabetic gastroparesis is an autonomic neuropathy of the digestive tract characterized by impaired gastric motility and delayed gastric emptying.Spleen-Stomach disharmony,imbalance of movement and transformation,and reversal of Qi movement are the root causes of the disease.Damp Heat,Phlegm Turbidity and blood stasis are the symptoms of the disease.The treatment of diabetic gastroparesis should be based on the theory of regulating the center and restoring balance,with vomiting,fullness,constipation,and diarrhea as the main symptoms,pay attention to regulating the Spleen and Stomach,supporting Zheng Qi,nourishing Zang and Fu,mediating Qi movement.And the method of treatment is to invigorate Spleen and replenish Qi,warm the center and dispel cold,harmonize the Stomach and reduce adverse reactions,clear away Heat and resolve Phlegm,promote Qi and guide stagnation,and promote Blood circulation to remove blood stasis.By strengthening the Zheng Qi,dispelling excess evils and restoring the functions of the Spleen and Stomach,and by transporting the nutrition,transforming Qi,Blood,and body Fluid,nourishing the internal organs,strengthening the muscles and bones,ensuring the orderly ascending and descending of the Qi movement,and achieving the purpose of maintaining the dynamic balance of the body.
