基于“不荣则痛”论治老年胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变

摘　　要：老年胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变的病理变化为老年人久病脾失健运,胃失濡润,致胃阴不足,胃体失养,胃黏膜萎缩;疼痛特点为隐痛、灼痛、绵绵作痛,多缠绵难愈。该病病位在胃,涉及于脾,“不荣则痛”为其病机,“荣则不痛”为其治疗原则。治疗老年胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变当滋养胃阴,津液充足,胃体才能柔和,胃络得以濡养,从而达到“荣则不痛”的目的。The pathological changes of gastric precancerous lesions(GPL) of elderly chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with Stomach Yin deficiency are chronic illness impaired Spleen transportation,and Stomach lossing its moistening,resulting in insufficient Stomach Yin,dystrophy of the Stomach body,and atrophy of the Stomach mucosa.Pain is characterized by dull pain,burning pain,and continuous pain,which is lingering and difficult to heal.The location of the disease is in the Stomach and involves the Spleen."Bu Rong Ze Tong" is its pathogenesis,and "Rong Ze Bu Tong" is its treatment principle.To treat GPL of elderly CAG with Stomach Yin deficiency,nourishing Stomach Yin is the key.When the body fluid is sufficient,the Stomach body can be softened,and the Stomach collaterals can be nourished,so as to achieve the goal of "Rong Ze Bu Tong".
