国医大师张学文辨治痰证常用药对

摘　　要：造成痰证的病因很多,主要包括外感六淫、内伤七情、饮食失宜和脏腑失调等。针对痰证的性质和病位,提出了治痰十一法,包括活血化痰、清肺化痰、温肺化痰、润燥化痰、燥湿化痰、祛风化痰、行气化痰、化痰散结、涤痰开窍、涤痰清心和通络化痰。常用药对:丹参配半夏,活血化痰;黄芩配半夏,清肺化痰;干姜配半夏,温肺化痰;瓜蒌配川贝母,润燥化痰;橘红配半夏,燥湿化痰;天麻配半夏,祛风化痰;川贝母配厚朴,行气化痰;海藻配昆布,散结化痰;石菖蒲配胆南星,开窍涤痰;天竺黄配半夏,清心涤痰;地龙配僵蚕,通络化痰。根据痰证不同证型,选用相应化痰药对辨证加减施治,疗效确切。There are many causes of Phlegm syndrome,mainly including exogenous six Evil factors,internal seven emotions,improper diet as well as Zang and Fu disorders.According to the nature and disease location of Phlegm syndrome,eleven methods for treating phlegm are proposed,including promoting blood circulation to resolve Pphlegm,clearing Lung Heat to resolve Phlegm,warming Lung to resolve Phlegm,moistening Dryness to resolve Phlegm,relieving Dampness to resolve Phlegm,dispelling Wind to resolve Phlegm,promoting Qi to resolve Phlegm,resolving Phlegm to dissipates agglomeration,clearing Phlegm to inducing resuscitation,clearing Phlegm to clear Heart as well as dredging collaterals to resolve Phlegm.Commonly used couplet medicines are as follows respectively:Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) combined with Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae) combined with Banxia,Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis) with Banxia,Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis) with Chuanbeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae),Juhong(Exocarpium Citri Rubrum) with Banxia,Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae) with Banxia,Chuanbeimu with Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Haizao(Sargassum) with Kunbu(Thallus Eckloniae),Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) combined with Dannanxing(Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile),Tianzhuhuang(Concretio Silicea Bambusae) with Banxia as well as Dilong(Lumbricus) combined with Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus).According to the different syndrome types of the Phlegm syndrome,the corresponding phlegm-resolving couplet medicines can be applied with syndrome differentiation,with significant curative effect.
