摘　　要：目的:利用可视化知识图谱模式,分析近20年血府逐瘀汤的研究概况、热点及趋势。方法:以血府逐瘀汤为主题词检索2001年1月1日至2021年12月31日中国知网数据库中已发表的有关文献,采用CiteSpace工具针对得到的文献以作者、研究组织和关键词为节点进行分析,形成可视化图谱,并统计具体频次。结果:总共检索到3 523篇文献,其中2016年至2019年呈“井喷式”增长。通过分析发现,科研人员以张秋雁发文最多,研究单位主要是湖南中医药大学和山东中医药大学,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是和血府逐瘀汤关联度最高的疾病。结论:血府逐瘀汤的研究趋势重点为临床应用,主要集中在急性脑梗死、高血压性心脏病、高脂血症、子宫肌瘤、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等方面。现阶段血府逐瘀汤联合其他中西药治疗临床疾病仍是研究热点。Objective:To analyze the research overview,hotspots,and trends of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the past 20 years by using the visualized knowledge map model.Methods:Using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction as the keyword to retrieve relevant literature published in the CNKI database from January 1,2001 to December 31,2021,and the CiteSpace tool was used to analyze the obtained literature with authors,research organizations,and keywords as nodes for analysis to form a visual map,and count the specific frequency.Results:A total of 3523 documents were retrieved,among which there was a "blowout" growth from 2016 to 2019.Through the analysis,it was found that Zhang Qiuyan published the most articles,and the research units were mainly Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the disease most closely related to Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Conclusion:The research trend of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction focuses on clinical application,mainly in acute cerebral infarction,hypertensive heart disease,hyperlipidemia,uterine fibroids,coronary heart disease,and so on.At present,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with other Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of clinical diseases is still a research hotspot.
