四味穿心莲散水煎剂防治禽致病性大肠杆菌病疗效研究

摘　　要：为考察四味穿心莲散水煎剂(DSCS)对禽致病性大肠杆菌(APEC)的抗菌活性,本试验用微孔-平板法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC);用10日龄雏鸡制备APEC感染模型,随机分为5组,每组20只,设DSCS高、中、低三个剂量组,氟苯尼考阳性对照组和感染组,另设一组健康对照组,口服给药,连用5 d,观察疗效。结果显示:DSCS对APEC的MIC为7.82 mg/mL,MBC为31.25 mg/mL;DSCS组对APEC病的治愈率为50%~82%,与氟苯尼考组相当,DSCS高剂量组有效率显著高于氟苯尼考组(P <0.05)。由此表明,四味穿心莲散水煎剂能够有效治疗APEC病。In order to investigate the antibacterial activity of the decoction of Siwei Chuanxinlian San(DSCS) to avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC) in vitro and in vivo,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) was determined by micro-broth dilution plates method. And the animal model of APEC infection was made by 10-day-old chicks. Infective chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group of 20,set high dose,medium dose and low dose of DSCS,florfenicol positive control group and infective group. And another set up healthy control group. All groups used oral administration for 5 days to observe the curative effect. The results showed that MIC and MBC of DSCS against APEC was 7.82 mg/mL and 31.25 mg/mL,respectively. The cure rate of DSCS was 50% ~82%,which was similar to that of the florfenicol group,and the effective rate of the high dose of DSCS was significantly higher than that of the florfenicol group(P < 0.05). Thus,it indicated that DSCS could effectively treat APEC infection.
