摘 要:为探究吲哚对高邮鸭生产性能、血清生化指标和微量元素含量的影响,试验选取体重相近高邮鸭280只,随机分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组),每组5个重复,每个重复14只(公、母各7只)。试验组添加吲哚浓度分别为100、250、400 mg/kg,分别在试验期的第7、14、21天和28天每重复组随机屠宰公、母鸭各1只,测定各组高邮鸭的生产性能,并采取全血测定血清生化指标和微量元素含量的变化情况。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,各阶段的不同试验组高邮鸭体重差异不显著(P> 0.05),试验第28天时(49日龄),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组体重分别上升0.33%(P> 0.05)、0.54%(P> 0.05)、2.38%(P> 0.05);在试验第3周(36~42日龄)时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的采食量分别下降16.19%(P <0.05)、26.83%(P <0.01)、12.90%(P <0.05),各阶段的不同试验组高邮鸭料重比差异不显著(P> 0.05)。(2)饲养期满与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组TBILI、DBILI、ALT、AST、ALP、CK-MB、CHO、UREA、UA、CRE分别升高15.09%(P> 0.05)、30.67%(P> 0.05)、112.62%(P <0.05)、25.30%(P> 0.05)、25.33%(P> 0.05)、91.71%(P <0.05)、37.10%(P> 0.05)、35.71%(P> 0.05)、89.66%(P> 0.05)、183.74%(P> 0.05),TP、ALB分别下降34.26%(P> 0.05)、31.03%(P> 0.05),对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组间UA对比差异极显著(P <0.01)。(3)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的P、Ca、Cl差异均不显著(P> 0.05),试验Ⅱ组的P、Ca、Cl分别升高9.09%(P> 0.05)、50.67%(P> 0.05)、118.48%(P> 0.05),试验Ⅲ组的P下降6.82%(P> 0.05),Ca和Cl分别升高384%(P <0.01)、203.83%(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮中添加250 mg/kg吲哚能显著提高高邮鸭的生产性能,降低生产成本,对血清生化指标和微量元素含量无显著性影响,但添加吲哚随剂量增加会对TBILI、DBILI、UA和Ca、Cl含量有一定的影响,表明存在肝、肾受损的风险。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of indole on performance,serum biochemical indices and trace element contents of Gaoyou ducks. A total of 280 Gaoyou ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups(control group,groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ) with 5 replicates per group and 14ducks(7 males and 7 females) per replicate. The experimental groups were fed with indole concentrations of100,250,400 mg/kg,respectively,and one male and one female ducks in each replicate group were randomly slaughtered on the 7th,14th,21st and 28th days of the trial period,respectively. The performance of Gaoyou ducks in each group was determined,and the changes of serum biochemical indices and trace elements contents in whole blood were determined. The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in body weight of Gaoyou ducks in different experimental groups at all stages(P >0.05),but the body weight of experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was increased by 0.33%(P > 0.05),0.54%(P >0.05) and 2.38%(P > 0.05) at the 28th day(49 days of age),respectively. Compared with the control group,the feed intake in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was decreased by 16.19%(P < 0.05),26.83%(P < 0.01)and 12.90%(P < 0.05) at the third week(36 to 42 days of age),and the feed/gain ratio of Gaoyou ducks in experimental groups at all stages was not significantly different(P > 0.05).(2)After feeding,compared with the control group,TBILI,DBILI,ALT,AST,ALP,CK-MB,CHO,UREA,UA and CRE increased by 15.09%(P >0.05),30.67%(P > 0.05),112.62%(P < 0.05),25.30%(P > 0.05),25.33%(P > 0.05),TP and ALB were decreased by 34.26%(P > 0.05) and 31.03%(P > 0.05),respectively. There were significant differences in UA among control group,test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P < 0.01).(3)Compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in P,Ca and Cl in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P > 0.05),but the P,Ca and Cl in experimental group Ⅱ were increased by 9.09%(P > 0.05),50.67%(P > 0.05) and 1
