摘 要:为了揭示吸收法处理高浓度原油油气机制,选取3种特性柴油(Abs-Ⅰ、Abs-Ⅱ和Abs-Ⅲ),利用Aspen Plus建立吸收系统模型,研究了柴油对高浓度原油油气的吸收特性,模拟分析了不同操作参数对吸收性能的影响,并对吸收塔进行了优化设计。结果表明,Abs-I对原油油气的吸收效果最佳,对重烃(C3以上)组分的回收率接近100%,且低温高压有助于提高Abs-I的吸收性能,综合考虑确定最佳操作参数为吸收剂流量50 m^(3)/h、吸收剂温度25℃、吸收压力0.20 MPa。Abs-I对油气S3的回收效果最为理想,针对原油油气S3进行了吸收塔优化设计,优化后填料高度和塔径分别为5.0 m和0.75 m,为实际工业装置的设计提供数据参考。In order to reveal the mechanism of high concentration crude oil vapor treatment by absorption method,3 types of diesel oil(Abs-Ⅰ,Abs-Ⅱand Abs-Ⅲ)were chosen to establish an absorption system model by Aspen Plus.The absorption characteristics of high concentration crude oil vapor in diesel oil were studied,the effects of different operating parameters on absorption were simulated and analyzed,and the absorption tower was optimized.The results show that Abs-I has the best effect on crude oil vapor absorption with nearly 100%of heavy hydrocarbon(above C3)recovery,and low temperature and high pressure can effectively improve the absorption ability of Abs-I.After overall consideration,the optimal operating parameters are determined s follows:absorbent flow 50 m^(3)/h,absorbent temperature 25℃,absorbent pressure 0.20 MPa.The absorption effect of Abs-I to crude oil vapor S3 is the best,so the absorption tower is optimized for crude oil vapor S3,and the optimized packing height and tower diameter are 5.0 m and 0.75 m,which provide data reference for practical industrial device design.
