摘 要:采用焙烧法在WO_(3)载体表面原位生成CuWO_(4),构建了CuWO_(4)/WO_(3)光催化剂。利用XRD、拉曼光谱、XPS、SEM和EDS等表征了样品的结构和形貌,表征结果显示,CuWO_(4)/WO_(3)催化剂为异质结结构。CuWO_(4)/WO_(3)光催化去除含油污泥COD实验结果表明,CuWO_(4)/WO_(3)的光催化活性较WO3有明显提升,Cu与W的质量比为4%的CuWO_(4)/WO_(3)催化剂的光催化活性最高,其6 h内COD去除率为94.2%。CuWO_(4)/WO_(3)光催化去除含油污泥COD过程中,·OH和·O_(2)^(-)为主要活性物种。With in-situ formation of CuWO_(4) on the surface of WO_(3) by calcination method,the CuWO_(4)/WO_(3) photocatalyst was successfully synthesized.The crystal structure and morphology of the sample was characterized by XRD,Raman,XPS,SEM and EDS.The characterization results show that the CuWO_(4)/WO_(3) photocatalyst has heterojunction structure.In the experiment of COD removal from oily sludge by photocatalytic treatment with CuWO4/WO3,the photocatalytic activity of CuWO_(4)/WO_(3) is significantly higher than that of WO3,and that of CuWO_(4)/WO_(3) with 4%of Cu-W mass ratio is the highest,with 94.2%of COD removal rate within 6 h.In the process of CuWO_(4)/WO_(3) photocatalytic removal of COD from oily sludge,·OH and·O2-are the main active species.
