摘 要:采用阳极氧化—水热处理法制备了TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)膜催化剂,研究了水热处理温度对该催化剂膜层TiO_(2)晶相转变和形貌特征的影响,并以甲基橙溶液为模拟染料废水,考察了TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)膜催化剂的光催化性能。表征结果显示:该催化剂的膜层具有规整的孔径分布;经水热处理后,该催化剂的比表面积明显增大,当处理温度高于300℃时,膜层出现结焦封孔现象。实验结果表明:采用TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)膜光催化降解甲基橙,在反应时间为120 min、反应温度为35℃、TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)用量为8.8 g/L、甲基橙溶液质量浓度为200 mg/L的条件下,甲基橙降解率为85.3%;TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)重复使用7次后,甲基橙降解率为74.2%,表现出良好的光催化性能。The TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) film catalyst was prepared by the process of anodic oxidation-hydrothermal treatment.The effect of hydrothermal temperature on the crystalline transition of TiO2 and morphological characteristics of the film were studied.The photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) film catalyst was investigated by using methyl orange solution as simulated dye wastewater.The characterization results prove that:The film of the catalyst has regular pore size distribution;After hydrothermal treatment,the specific surface area of the catalyst increases significantly,while when the treatment temperature is higher than 300℃,the film is coking and sealed.The experimental results show that when the TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) film catalyst is used for methyl orange degradation under the conditions of reaction time 120 min,reaction temperature 35℃,TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) amount 8.8 g/L and mass concentration of methyl orange solution 200 mg/L,the degradation rate of methyl orange is 85.3%,and maintains 74.2%after the catalyst has reused for 7 times,indicating good photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) film catalyst.
