摘　　要：运用文献资料法梳理国内外体育城市更新的相关文献,建立本研究的逻辑起点,并对澳大利亚悉尼、美国印第安纳波利斯和英国谢菲尔德等典型体育城市进行案例分析,研究体育设施赋能城市更新的价值意蕴、国际反思与启示。价值意蕴:举办大型体育赛事,带动城市硬件升级;推动体育跨界融合,促进城市经济再生;优化公共空间建设,完善公民社会福利。国际反思:体育设施及配套设施的巨额投资增加政府财政负担,大型体育赛事的短期需求造成长期运营利用率不足,体育设施存量超出职业俱乐部需求导致场馆闲置。启示:扩大公私合营的内涵与外延,拓展融资渠道减轻政府财政负担;制定城市可持续发展计划,理性建设保证赛后长期运行效果;以实际需求建设体育设施,创新商业模式推动产业融合发展。By using methods of literature review,this research establishes its logical starting point by combing the relevant literature of sports city renewal at home and abroad,and then selects Sydney in Australia,Indianapolis in the United States and Sheffield in the United Kingdom as typical sports cities to conduct case analyses.It studies the value implications,international reflections and enlightenment of sports facilities empowering urban renewal.The value implications are as follow:holding large-scale sports events will drive the upgrading of urban infrastructure;promoting the regeneration of urban economy through integration of sports industries;optimizing the construction of public space and improving the welfare of civil society.From the international reflections,it suggests that huge investment in sports facilities and supporting facilities increases the financial burden of the government,short-term demand of large-scale sports events leads to insufficient long-term operation utilization,and the overstock of sports facilities,which exceeds the demand of professional clubs,results in idle venues.The enlightenment includes that it is necessary to enlarge the connotation as well as extension of public-private partnerships and financing channels to solve the government’s financial burden;to formulate urban sustainable development plan with rational building to ensure the long-term operation effects after competitions;to build sports facilities according to actual needs and innovate business models to promote industrial integration and development.
