摘 要:基础教育课程改革中,体育教师赋权增能是促成学校体育教育教学改进有效实现的重要抓手,主要强调追求体育教师专业化发展。体育教师作为课程改革关键主体作用发挥的前提应是对其的赋权增能行动。从基础教育课程改革语境阐释体育教师赋权增能的基本内涵,并进一步探讨在现实推进中面临的一些关键问题,以及尝试性地提出若干应对策略。研究认为,基础教育课程改革中体育教师赋权增能主要是指以赋权于师条件上的改善、权能平衡认识上的改变与教师增能行动上的改造为主的“物—事—人”三维度行动。当前,基础教育课程改革中体育教师赋权增能面临着课程改革“变”与客观条件、主观认识及具体行动等“不变”的关键问题。为此,本着自上而下课程改革本体调适与自下而上体育教师专业发展优化双向思路去寻求应对策略,提出应从改革重心下移、构建专业共同体、关注教师实践递进式入手进行更多可操作性的探索。In the basic education curriculum reform,the empowerment of physical education teachers is an important starting point to promote the effective realization of the improvement of school physical education and teaching.It mainly emphasizes the pursuit of the professional development of physical education teachers.The prerequisite for the role of physical education teachers as the key subject of curriculum reform should be the empowerment and empowerment actions.From the context of basic education curriculum reform,it explains the basic connotation of the empowerment of physical education teachers,and further explores some key problems faced in the actual advancement,and tentatively puts forward a number of coping strategies.The research shows that the empowerment of physical education teachers in the curriculum reform of ba-sic education mainly refers to the three-dimension of“object-matter-person”,which focuses on the improvement of teachers’conditions,the change in the understanding of power balance and the transformation of teachers’empowerment action.At present,the empowerment of physical education teachers in the basic education curriculum reform is facing the key issues of the“changing”of the curriculum reform and the“unchanging”of objective conditions,subjective understanding and specific actions.For this reason,based on the two-way thinking of top-down curriculum reform and bottom-up optimization of the professional development of physical education teachers,it seeks coping strategies and proposes the progressive start with more operable exploration that the focus of reform should be shifted down,to build a professional community and to focus on the practice of teachers.
