摘　　要：近年来,中国男子篮球职业联赛球员异化行为延滞了联赛的健康发展,引发社会公众的广泛热议。为优化联赛竞赛环境,推进联赛高质量发展,以共生理论为学理依据,从共生单元、共生界面、共生模式和共生环境基本要素入手,对联赛球员异化行为进行审视,并提出治理路径。研究发现,中国男子篮球职业联赛球员异化行为存在球员与对手、教练员、裁判员、球迷间共生性不强,训练竞赛与社会生活中球员异化行为频发,共生单元间缺乏连续、互惠的共生关系,球员异化行为的滋生条件亟待规范等问题。中国男子篮球职业联赛球员异化行为的治理路径:多维协同,增强球员与对手、教练员、裁判员、球迷间的共生关联;提质培优,促进球员训练竞赛与社会生活的和谐发展;补足差距,培育共生单元间连续、互惠的共生关系;强化治理,阻遏球员异化行为的滋生。In recent years, alienation behavior of CBA players delays the healthy development of the league and causes widespread hot discussion among the public.In order to optimize the competition environment and promote the high-quality development of the league, based on the symbiosis theory, starting from the basic elements of symbiosis unit, symbiosis interface, symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment, the alienation behavior of league players is inspected, and the paths are put forward.The results show that the alienation behavior of CBA players has the following problems: there is no strong symbiosis between players and opponents, coaches, referees and fans;the alienation behavior of players occurs frequently in training competition and social life;there are lack of continuous and reciprocal symbiosis between symbiotic units;the breeding conditions of players’ alienation behavior need to be regulated.The governance paths of the alienation behavior of CBA players: to coordinate multi-dimensionally to enhance the symbiotic association between players and opponents, coaches, referees and fans;to improve the quality and promote the harmonious development of players’ training competition and social life;to make up the gap and cultivate the continuous and reciprocal symbiosis between symbiosis units;to strengthen governance to prevent the breeding of players’ alienation behavior.
