摘 要:为实现人造石产业的可持续发展,以废弃水泥混凝土为原材料,对其分级碳化再生,测试了其改性前后的性能变化,并采用最紧密堆积理论设计人造石组成,探究了再生水泥混凝土骨料和粉料掺量对人造石基体力学性能和界面性能的影响。结果表明:碳化后再生料的表观密度增大、吸水率减小,其最大变化率分别可以达到为2.62%和15.40%,且改性效果随再生料粒度的减小而增强,表明分级碳化可以有效提升废弃水泥混凝土再生料的性能;再生骨料和粉料掺量的增加会导致人造石抗压强度的降低,但相比于改性前的再生料,同掺量人造石的抗压强度明显提升,最大提升了36.53%。此外,骨料碳化后与人造石之间的界面强度明显增强,其纳米压痕深度减小了27.64%。Recycled cement concrete(RCC) is used as the raw material in order to realize the sustainable devel-opment of the artificial stone industry, and the gradation-carbonization is applied for the RCC. Meanwhile, theperformance changes before and after modification are tested for RCC. The effects of aggregate and powder con-tent of RCC on mechanical properties and interfacial properties of artificial stone are investigated. The experi-mental results show that the apparent density of the recycled material increases and the water absorption ratedecreases after carbonization, and its maximum change rate can reach 2.63% and 15.40%, respectively, andthe modification effect is enhanced with the decrease of the particle size of the RCC, indicating that the gradedcarbonization can effectively improve the performance of RCC. The increase in the content of recycled aggre-gate and powder will lead to a decrease in the compressive strength of artificial stone, but the compressivestrength of artificial stone is significantly improved for RCC after carbonization, with a maximum increase of36.53%. In addition, the interface strength between the carbonized aggregate and the high-performance artifi-cial stone is significantly enhanced, and consequently the nanoindentation depth is reduced by 27.64%.
