摘  要:为探究不同养殖密度对银鲳(Pampus argenteus)幼鱼生长及消化酶活性的影响,将平均初始体质量为3.88±0.72 g的银鲳幼鱼分别在30、60 ind/m3和90 ind/m3的密度条件下饲养40 d,测定幼鱼四种消化酶的时空变化,并比较了40 d后幼鱼的生长特性。结果表明:(1)中密度组幼鱼的增重率与特定生长率分别为(235.19±10.23)%和(4.03±0.10)%,显著高于低密度组(P<0.05),而与高密度组无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲养20 d后低、高密度组增重幅度均低于中密度组。(2)40 d后,低密度组幼鱼胰蛋白酶活性下降到了116.32 U/mg,仅为初始水平的36.7%。但胃蛋白酶的活性显著升高,达到18.65 U/mg,是初始水平的2.5倍,显著高于其他两组;中密度组的胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性在40 d后均出现一定程度的下降;高密度组银鲳消化酶活性受到了明显的胁迫影响,养殖过程中出现了明显的波动变化。综上所述,过高的养殖密度会对银鲳产生胁迫作用,影响银鲳消化酶活性;过低的养殖密度也会对银鲳的生长产生不利影响。To investigate the effects of different breeding density on the growth and digestive enzyme activities of Pampus argenteus, a feeding experiment lasting for 40 days for fish with an average body weight of(3.88±0.72) g was designed to explore the effect of breeding density(30,60 and 90 ind·m-3)on the temporal and spatial expression of four digestive enzymes(amylase, pepsin, trypsin and lipase) in intestine and stomach of juvenile P. argenteus and the specific growth rate and weight gain rate. The results showed that:(1)The weight gain rate and specific growth rate of P. argenteus in medium density group(60 ind/m~3) were(235.19±10.23)% and(4.03±0.10)%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in 30 ind/m~3 group(P<0.05), but had no significant difference from those in 90 ind/m~3 group(P>0.05).Additionally, The weight growth equation of P. argenteus showed that the weight gain of low and high density groups was lower than that of medium density group after 20 days.(2) After 40 days, the trypsin activity in the low-density group decreased to 116.32 U/mg, which was only 36.7 % of the initial level. However, the activity of pepsin was significantly increased to 18.65 U/mg, which was 2.5 times of the initial level, and was significantly higher than the other two groups. The activities of pepsin, trypsin and amylase in the medium density group appeared to decline after 40 days. The digestive enzyme activity of P. argenteus of the high-density group was significantly effected, and there were obvious fluctuations in the breeding process.In summary, high breeding density does have a stress effect to P. argenteus, affecting the activity of digestive enzymes of P. argenteus, low breeding density can also adversely affect the growth of P. argenteus.
