摘 要:在全民健康意识增强的时代,空气健康逐渐引起重视,大众对于空气调节设备的净化、加湿、除菌、数据显示等复合性的性能要求越来越高,而且对产品的使用体验也越来越重视。本文以用户体验理论为指导,通过问卷调查和用户访谈等研究方法,探讨健康生活方式下智能空气调节设备的场景驱动、产品功能集合、情感体验交互等方向的设计策略,来提升用户对产品使用的积极性以及用户粘性,为空气调节设备设计优化研究提供参考。In the era of national health awareness,air health has gradually attracted attention,and the public has higher and higher requirements for the purification,humidification,sterilization,data display and other composite performance of air conditioning equipment,and the use experience of products has become more and more important.Guided by user experience theory,this paper discusses the design strategies of scene drive,product function collection,emotional experience interaction and other directions of intelligent air conditioning equipment under healthy lifestyle through research methods such as questionnaire surveys and user interviews,so as to enhance users’enthusiasm for product use and user stickiness,and provide a reference for the design optimization of air conditioning equipment.
