摘  要:本文就武警交通支队遂行抢险救援任务多目标任务为研究对象,建立了抢险救援抢建兵力及机械装备优化配置模型,进行全局搜索和迭代收敛最优决策,除了参照传统方式,综合考虑完成任务能力、距离、安全、机械装备资源消耗等影响因素以外,还着创新地考虑了遂行任务时间、次生灾害威胁、主动避险能力等要素,得到任务完成最优方案。最后代入实例数据,进行仿真计算,验证了模型的有效性和可靠性,研究结果对武警交通支队遂行各类工程保障任务兵力配置问题具有一定的现实意义。Taking the multi-objective task of the armed police traffic detachment carrying out the Emergency Rescue task as the research object,this paper establishes the optimal allocation model of rescue force,carries out global search and iterative convergence,comprehensively considers the influencing factors such as the ability to complete the task,distance,safety,time and mechanical equipmentresource consumption,and obtains the optimal scheme to complete the task.Finally,the example data are substituted for simulation calculation to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the model.The research results have certain practical significance for the force allocation of armed police traffic detachment in various engineering support tasks.
