摘 要:以工业硝酸铜和NaOH为原料,采用简单水热法制备了碱式硝酸铜,将其作为催化剂催化氧化四氢糠醇(THFA),利用FTIR,SEM,XRD,TG,XPS等方法对碱式硝酸铜的结构进行了表征。表征结果显示,所得碱式硝酸铜为高纯度晶体,呈颗粒状、晶体形貌良好。考察了反应条件对碱式硝酸铜催化氧化THFA的影响。实验结果表明,催化氧化150 mL THFA适宜的条件为:催化剂用量2.5 g、140℃、4 MPa、搅拌转速300 r/min。在该条件下,合成丁二酸戊基四氢糠醇酯的选择性为91.794%,转化率为65.67%。碱式硝酸铜催化剂具有良好的稳定性,循环5次后,THFA转化率基本不变,选择性大于80%,为合成四氢糠醇酯提供了一条方便绿色的途径。Using industrial copper nitrate and NaOH as raw materials,copper nitrate basic was prepared by a simple hydrothermal method and used as a catalyst to catalyze the oxidation of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol(THFA). The structure of copper nitrate basic was characterized by FTIR,SEM,XRD,TG and XPS. The characterization results show that the obtained copper nitrate basic is a high-purity granular crystal with good crystal morphology. The effects of reaction conditions on THFA oxidation catalyzed by copper nitrate basic were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for catalytic oxidation of 150 mL THFA are as follows:catalyst amount 2.5 g,140 ℃,4 MPa,stirring speed 300 r/min. Under these conditions,amyl tetrahydrofurfuryl succinate is synthesized with a selectivity of 91.794% and a conversion rate of 65.67%. The copper nitrate basic catalyst has good stability with little change of conversion rate and more than 80% of selectivity after 5cycles. This provides a convenient and green way for synthesis of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol ester.
