摘  要:以氢气为载气,采用渗透管定量系统,建立了乙烯原料中微量磷化氢、砷化氢的GC-MS分析方法,考察了方法的精密度、准确性和最低检出限,并采用所建立的方法对实际试样进行分析。实验结果表明,当磷化氢、砷化氢含量在0.006~1.211mL/m3时,外标校正曲线相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率在95.1%~106.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于4.0%,最低检出限为0.006~0.007 mL/m3。所建立的方法可满足乙烯原料中微量磷化氢、砷化氢的监测和分析需求。The GC-MS method for determination of trace amount of phosphine and arsine in ethylene was established using hydrogen as carrier gas with permeation tube system.The precision,accuracy and the detection limit of the method were investigated.The actual samples were analyzed by the established method.The results show that when the concent of phosphine and arsine in ethylene is0.006-1.211 mL/m~3,the correlation coefficient of external standard correction curve is greater than0.999,the recovery is 95.1%-106.0%,the relative standard deviation is less than 4.0%,and the detection limit is 0.006-0.007 mL/m~3.The method can meet the requirment for monitor and analysis of trace phosphine and arsenic in ethylene.
