摘  要:谷物联合收获机是指具有完全收割谷物、脱粒、分离和清除的能力,可以直接从田间谷物收获机中获得农作物的农业机械。目前,我国谷物联合收获机在谷物分离和清选过程中存在技术参数不合理、工作效率低,进而导致谷物机械化收获效率低、含杂率高等问题。针对以上问题,系统阐述了目前国内外谷物联合收获机应用现状,并针对脱粒装置的工作原理及关键部件进行论述,提出未来我国谷物联合收获机脱粒装置的发展趋势与研究思路。Grain combine harvester is an agricultural machine that can fully harvest grains, thresh, separate and clear the ability to obtain crops directly from the field grain harvester. At present, China’s grain combine harvesters have unreasonable technical parameters and low working efficiency in the process of grain separation and scavenging, which in turn lead to low efficiency of mechanized grain harvesting and high trash content rate. In view of the above problems, this study systematically describes the current situation of grain combine harvester application at home and abroad, and discusses the working principle and key components of threshing device, and proposes the development trend and research ideas of future grain combine harvester threshing device in China.
