摘 要:在农机技术快速发展的过程中,谷物联合收获机逐渐向精细化和高效化发展,为更好保障谷物收获机作业质量,提高产品应用效果,优化提升谷物联合收获机脱粒与清粮装置性能意义重大。基于此,分析了应用于谷物联合收获机的脱粒与清粮技术现状,介绍了脱粒与清粮装置的工艺与特征及功能验证方法,总结了不同脱粒与清粮技术的适用性与优缺点,为谷物联合收获机脱粒与清粮技术优化提供借鉴参考。In the process of rapid development of agricultural machinery technology, grain combine harvesters are gradually developing towards refinement and efficiency. In order to better guarantee the operation quality of grain harvesters, improve the application effect of products, and optimize and improve the performance of threshing and cleaning devices of grain combine harvesters, it is of great significance. Based on this, the current situation of threshing and clearing technology applied to grain combine harvester is analyzed, the process and characteristics of threshing and clearing device and the function verification method are introduced, and the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of different threshing and clearing technologies are summarized, which provides reference for the optimization of threshing and clearing technology of grain combine harvester.
