摘  要:科技竞赛活动对加强研究生创新能力,培养创新意识起到至关重要的促进作用。但目前研究生科技创新管理模式仍存在管理与组织问题,因此为了改善研究生科技创新环境,提高研究生创新研究方向的实际转化贡献率,提出科学合理竞赛组织模式。为促进高校形成完善的监督管理体系,分析了各方面影响研究生创新能力的综合原因,包括研究生学位培养模式、构建科技创新实践实验室、健全科技竞赛运行体系等方法措施,应建立完整高效的科技竞赛文化活动实施流程,探索研究生科技竞赛活动组织管理模式,形成科学合理的竞赛过程,利用有效的组织形式对培养研究生的实践应用能力和科研创造能力起到引导的作用。Science and technology competitions play a vital role in strengthening the innovation ability of postgraduates and cultivating innovation consciousness. However, there are still management and organizational problems in the current management mode of graduate science and technology innovation. Therefore, in order to improve the scientific and technological innovation environment for graduate students. Graduate students should improve the actual transformation contribution rate of innovative research directions, and need to propose a scientific and reasonable competition organization model. Colleges and universities should promote the formation of a sound supervision and management system in colleges and universities. The comprehensive reasons are analyzed in various aspects, including methods and measures such as the postgraduate degree training mode, the construction of scientific and technological innovation practice laboratories, and the improvement of the operation system of scientific and technological competitions. The effective organizational form of colleges and universities plays a guiding role in cultivating the practical application ability and scientific research and creative ability of postgraduates.
