基于CiteSpace的国内聚焦解决模式在护理领域应用的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨国内聚焦解决模式在护理领域中的研究现状,分析聚焦解决模式在护理领域中的研究热点,为聚焦解决模式在护理领域中的进一步发展提供参考依据,提升临床护理质量。方法:选取中国知网、万方及维普数据库收录的关于聚焦解决模式在我国护理领域中的文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行文献计量学分析。结果:共检索相关文献1142篇,高频关键词有“焦虑”“抑郁”“生活质量”“健康教育”“心理护理”等;突现词有“围术期”“自护能力”“产后出血”等。结论:聚焦解决模式在国内护理领域发文量整体呈增长趋势,老年人健康教育一直是研究热点内容,孕产妇、自护能力等是未来研究前沿话题。Objective:To explore the research status quo of the Solution-Focused Model(SFM)applied in the domestic nursing field,analyze the research hotspots,provide reference for further development,and improve the quality of clinical nursing.Methods:Literature on SFM applied in the nursing field in China was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and VIP database.CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used for bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 1142 pieces of related papers were included.The high-frequency keywords included:"anxiety,""depression,""quality of life,""health education,""psychological nursing"and so on.The prominent words included:"perioperative period,""self-care ability,""postpartum Bleeding"etc.Conclusions:The number of papers published in the domestic nursing field on SFM increased.Health education for the elderly has always been a research hotspot.Pregnancy and self-care ability,were frontier topics for future research.
