摘 要:雨养旱地番茄栽培是一种针对我国北方地区干旱缺水而创建的一种抗旱栽培模式。近年来,旱地番茄栽培季节雨水过多产生的涝害危害严重。为了探究水涝胁迫下番茄幼苗根系形态及生理特性,通过对山西旱地番茄栽培较多的纳宝早圣、硬粉风暴和菲腾一号的3叶1心期幼苗进行水涝胁迫处理,分析番茄幼苗的结构形态及生理特性差异,以期为获得番茄耐涝性指标及筛选耐涝性种质资源提供参考依据。结果表明,水涝胁迫72 h内纳宝早圣幼苗会萌生大量不定根,而且随着水涝胁迫时间的延长,不定根的长度和数量明显增加,而菲腾一号在水涝72 h内萌生不定根的质量较差,长度和数量均低于纳宝早圣;纳宝早圣幼苗的根冠比、干质量最大,且显著高于硬粉风暴和菲腾一号这2个品种,同时纳宝早圣幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低,叶绿素含量明显升高。旱地番茄纳宝早圣属于耐涝性品种,根冠比、叶绿素含量和MDA含量可以作为其评价指标。Rain-fed tomato in dry land is a drought-resistant cultivation mode developed for the dry and water-deficient regions in northern China.In recent years,the waterlogging damage caused by excessive rain in the dryland tomato in the cultivation season is severe.To explore morphological and physiological characteristics of tomato seedling root under waterlogging stress,based on the treatments of waterlogging stress to the 3-leaf-1-heart period seedlings of Nabaozaosheng,Yingfenfengbao,and Feiteng 1,which are more planted in dry land of Shanxi,difference in structure morphology and physiological characteristics was analyzed to provide reference basis for obtaining tomato waterlogging resistant index and screening waterlogging resistant germplasm resources.The results showed that the seedling of Nabaozaosheng generated many adventitious roots after 72 h of waterlogging stress,and with the extension of waterlogging stress time,the length and number of adventitious roots increased significantly.The quality of the adventitious roots of Feiteng 1 after 72 h of waterlogging stress was inferior,and the length and number were lower than those of Nabaozaosheng.The root shoot ratio and dry weight of Nabaozaosheng seedlings were the highest,and significantly higher than those of the other two varieties.MDA content of Nabaozaosheng seedlings obviously decreased,while chlorophyll content obviously increased.Under the conditions of the experiment,the dryland tomato variety,Nabaozaosheng,was a waterlogging tolerant variety,and root shoot ratio,chlorophyll content,and MDA could be used as the evaluation indexes.
