摘 要:随着基层建设的发展,对工民建工程项目的要求越来越高,面临的工程地质条件越来越复杂,桩基的选型及设计必须与工程地质情况相结合。文章以福建省福州市某新建重型工业厂房为例,对建筑桩基的基础选型及孤石处理进行了探讨。综合分析比较预应力管桩和冲(钻)孔灌注桩的设计及施工要求,结果表明,冲(钻)孔灌注桩其稳定性高、单桩承载能力高、穿透能力强,可作为复杂地质条件下建筑桩基的首选。With the development of grassroots construction,the requirements for industrial and civil engineering projects are getting higher and higher, and the engineering geological conditions are becoming more and more complex. The selection and design of pile foundation must be combined with the engineering geological conditions. Taking a new heavy industrial plant in Fuzhou, Fujian Province as an example, this paper discusses the pile foundation selection and boulder treatment of building pile foundation. The design and construction requirements of prestressed pipe pile and punched( bored) cast-in-place pile are comprehensively analyzed and compared. The results show that the punched(bored) cast-in-place pile has high stability, high single pile bearing capacity and strong penetration capacity, which can be used as the first choice for building pile foundation under complex geological conditions.
