摘 要:文章提出一种路基边坡预应力锚索框架梁拆除方法,在既有路基边坡的预应力锚索框架梁复合支护结构拆除时,通过在边坡顶部向下逐层开挖纵向土槽和横向土槽,将路基拓宽要挖除的边坡土体沿纵向、横向划分为多个相互独立的区域,利用土体的弹性变形释放预应力锚索的有效内应力,再进行框架梁的破除,以及拓宽路基的边坡土体开挖和清运,最后割除预应力锚索。经漳州至龙岩高速公路改扩建项目A4合同段工程实践表明,该方法可保证预应力锚索框架梁拆除作业的安全性,施工工艺简单,操作简便,不需要专业、大型的钻凿设备和专业施工作业队伍,成本低廉,施工进度快,其埋置在土体内已经释放有效内应力的锚索,仍可对拓宽后路基的边坡起到一定的加固作用。In this paper, a method for removing the prestressed anchor cable frame beam for subgrade slope is proposed. When the composite support structure of the prestressed anchor cable frame beam of the existing subgrade slope is removed, the soil mass of the slope to be excavated for subgrade widening is divided into several mutually independent regions along the longitudinal and transverse directions by excavating the longitudinal and transverse soil grooves layer by layer from the top of the slope, and the effective internal stress of the prestressed anchor cable is released by using the elastic deformation of the soil mass, and then the frame beam shall be removed, the slope soil of the widened subgrade shall be excavated and cleared, and finally the prestressed anchor cable shall be cut off. The practice of A4 contract section of Zhangzhou-Longyan expressway reconstruction and expansion project shows that this method can ensure the safety of prestressed anchor cable frame beam demolition operation. The construction technology is simple and easy to operate. It does not require professional and large drilling equipment and professional construction team. The cost is low and the construction progress is fast.The anchor cables which buried in the soil and have released effective internal stress can still play a certain role in reinforcing the slope of the widened subgrade.
