摘 要:灰土换填施工的质量直接决定建筑地基的工程质量,建筑单位需要重视灰土地基工程的地基施工,科学检测灰土地基换填施工。文章以陕西省西咸新区秦汉新城秦风学校项目为案例工程,探讨灰土地基换填施工技术。为保障工程质量,项目采用环刀法检测其施工质量,文章分析灰土换填的施工过程及环刀法检测的具体流程,结合试验分析得到造成地基压实度偏差的相关因素,并提出灰土地基换填施工质量控制措施,以期为类似工程提供经验参考。The quality of lime soil replacement construction directly determines the quality of building foundation engineering. Construction units need to pay attention to the foundation construction of lime soil foundation engineering and scientifically test the lime soil foundation replacement construction. Taking Qinfeng School project in Qinhan New Town, Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province as the case project, this paper discusses the construction technology of lime soil foundation replacement. In order to ensure the quality of the project, the cutting ring method is used to detect its construction quality. It analyzes the construction process of lime soil replacement and the specific process of cutting ring method detection. Combined with the experimental analysis, the relevant factors causing the deviation of foundation compaction degree are obtained, and the quality control measures of lime soil foundation replacement construction are put forward, in order to provide experience reference for similar projects.
