摘　　要：为了追求建筑外立面的效果品质,幕墙体系的应用规模不断扩大,且随着行业的发展,幕墙体系成本控制已经成为一种趋势。基于此,文章分类归纳了不同类型幕墙的材料特性及价格,重点研究了在方案设计阶段,幕墙体系成本优化控制的方法,总结为幕墙划分、开启扇设置、造型线条和隐蔽部位做法等相关设计要点,以供参考。In order to pursue the effect quality of the building facade, the application scale of curtain wall system is expanding. With the development of the industry, the cost control of curtain wall system has become a trend. Based on this, this paper classifies and summarizes the material characteristics and prices of different types of curtain walls,focuses on the optimization method of cost control of curtain wall system in the scheme design stage, and summarizes the relevant design points such as curtain wall division, opening fan setting, modeling lines and concealed parts for reference.
