摘 要:将高导热系数纳米流体引入电动汽车和混合动力汽车动力电池组热管理系统。介绍了方形电池组的冷却结构,并建立了它的流动模型。通过相似变换,对非线性偏微分方程组进行简化,然后用打靶法进行数值求解。详细分析了3种纳米流体(CuO-EG、Al_(2)O_(3)-EG、TiO_(2)-EG)的传热性能。结果表明,Al_(2)O_(3)-EG纳米流体是方形电池组的最佳冷却剂。Nanofluids with high thermal conductivity were introduced into the thermal management system of power battery packs of electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles.The cooling structure of square battery pack is introduced,and its flow model is established.The nonlinear partial differential equations are simplified by similarity transformation,and then solved numerically by shooting method.The heat transfer properties of CuO-EG,Al_(2)O_(3)-EG,TiO_(2)-EG nanofluids were analyzed in detail.The results show that Al_(2)O_(3)-EG nanofluid is the best coolant for square battery pack.
