摘 要:介绍了凿井提升系统的组成。以JKZ型凿井提升机为例,介绍了选型计算的选型原则、影响选型的主要因素,以及主机规格的选型计算方法。凿井配套设备选择时,提升能力要与抓岩能力相匹配,且提升能力要大于抓岩生产能力。在凿井提升系统的现场安装与布置中,提升吊桶的位置最为关键;给出了建井阶段,采用不同配置的凿井设备时,提升吊桶的最佳位置布局方式。The constitution of the sinking hoist system was introduced. JKZ-type sinking hoist being taken as the example, the specification selection principle and the factors affecting the specification selection were introduced, and the method of selecting and calculating the specification of the main hoist was narrated also.At the time of selecting the matched sinking equipments, the hoisting capacity should match with the rockgrabbing capacity and be better than the rock-grabbing production capacity. In the stage of field installation and layout of the sinking hoist system, the location of the hoisting bucket was of the most importance. In addition,the optimal layout mode of the hoisting bucket was proposed while various sinking equipments being matched in the stage of silo construction.
