摘 要:研究了通过降低立磨系统风量达到优化选粉效果和促进节能增效的可行性,并指出需要在立磨粉磨系统现场操作实践中,尽量降低系统风量,以探索使产量、选粉性能及节能效果都达到最优的风量最佳工况点,同时记录这些运行数据,为今后立磨系统设备的选型优化打下基础。The paper studied the feasibility of optimizing the powder separation effects and saving energy and enhancing efficiency by reducing the air volume of the vertical mill system, and pointed out it was necessary to reduce the air volume of the system as much as possible in field operation of the vertical mill system so as to explore the optimum air flow operating point at which the yield, separation performance and energy-saving effects reached the optimum. Meanwhile, the operation data were recorded so as to make foundation for sizing and optimization of the equipments of the vertical mill system.
