摘  要:物料抛掷运动机理是振动筛工艺参数设计的重要依据。在建立双幅变孔径筛面颗粒受力模型的基础上,推导了普通筛杆与增强筛杆的抛掷指数分布函数,确定了有效抛掷范围及其影响因素。通过筛分数值模拟与极差分析,讨论了抛掷指数相关因素对筛分效果的影响,分别采用GA、LRGA与GRNN神经网络结合的方法对各因素进行优化。结果表明:LRGA-GRNN优化结果较为可靠。当筛杆水平方向振幅为3.78 mm、普通筛杆竖直方向振幅为3.92 mm、孔径最大变化率为2.1%时,筛分效率最高,为93.576%;进而得到了最佳的抛掷指数分布函数,普通筛杆与增强筛杆的顶点抛掷指数分别为4.38与7.63,有效抛掷范围分别为(0, 128.69°)与(0, 147.52°)。Material throwing mechanism is the significant basis of designing the process parameters of the vibrating screen. After establishing the force model of the particle on the double-amplitude variable-aperture screen surface, the paper deduced the throwing index distribution function of conventional screening rob and reinforced screening rod, and identified the effective throwing scope and its influential factors. Through screening numerical simulation and range analysis, the paper discussed the influence of relevant factors of the throwing index on screening effects, and individually applied GA and the combination of LRGA and GRNN to optimize each factor. The results showed LRGA-GRNN was of reliable optimization effects. While the amplitude of the screening rod at horizontal direction being 3.78 mm, the amplitude of conventional screening rod at vertical direction being 3.92 mm, and the maximum variation ratio of the aperture being 2.1%, the highest screening efficiency 93.576% was obtained. Furthermore, the optimal throwing index distribution function was obtained, the vertex throwing index of the conventional screening rod and the reinforced screening rod was 4.38and 7.63 respectively, and effective throwing scope was(0, 128.69°) and(0, 147.52°) respectively.
